The old garage space of Lokaal 01 is dusky and a bit chilly, it seems empty and swept out. But on entering I am immediately drawn to three middle-sized paintings hung prominently on the back wall. On the right two paintings of a water jug are hanging next to each other. They are loosely painted with wide brushstrokes and thin paint. Their style is swift; parts of the greyish canvas are left untouched, while the image is minimally indicated by a bold line that draws its contour.
